Check out the forum on Capt. Larry Jones's website www.mostlymuskies.com. Larry is fishing Chataqua a lot these days. A number of guys who fish there post on his forum.

Just got back last night. Fished three days Had 1-2 footers two days and got blown off the lake. Tuesday we hit pay dirt. Two 48 inchers, a 44 in and a 42 in. Trolled in front of bell tower and directly across the lake. Three were deep one 5-7 feet. Saw several muskies break the surface

Were going up August 12th to 15th.hope their still hitting like they say they are,will be our first time there. they say right now its mainly a troll bite right now,trolling down 20ft. in 25 to 35 feet of water.

yeah, we'll be going up the first week of august, hoping for the same style of catch, because i can only go there once a year. Got some deep diving Ernies, Slammers, and Triple D's that go 20-30 ft. Gonna focus on that first. Hoping for some beasts!!
