Location: Michigan | Just got back from a week up at AML and want to recommend this camp to everyone! Always a lot of fun up there and they have the best people/guides in the business. Water temps were ranging from 68-74 and fish were using weeds, rocks, and weed/rock combos. No real pattern set up for location or presentation, but fish on the rocks seemed to be a bit more active for us. Double ten bucktails got most of the attention, but double eights and topwaters moved/caught fish as well. We moved a lot of fish, but had to work hard to get them to commit. Had a lot of close calls and a number of chances, but it was just a matter of capitalizing on those chances. We did have our best day ever up there putting five fish in the boat in eight hours (39, 44, 44, 47, 49). Here are some of the fish we caught up there.
