My tow vehicle sometimes runs 20 to 30 degrees hotter when towing my boat. When not towing the boat the temp. runs perfect at 195 degrees.Do any of your tow vehicles run hotter while towing.I already replaced the radiator, water pump and thermostat and still get the same result.

Check your trans fluid. May be time for a change.

A change in your differential fluid can lower the temp if it's not been serviced in some time.
