Spent the winter building this boat back up after the previous owner stripped it to re-do it and fix some leaky rivets, he got in over his head and we picked the boat up for cheap.

Wow, lots of work really paid off. What is that you used for floor covering material? Looks like a non-skid rubber maybe?
Thanks!
It's a vinyl floor covering a guy bought for his pontoon boat and never got around to using. We got a good deal on the roll of it. It has a kinda rubberized non-skid flooring kind of look/feel to it.

Put this away for the season. It was a pleasure fishing from it this season. Going to probably do some more work to it to clean/finish it up over the winter.

I kinda forgot about this till I found it linked to on another thread asking for boat building pics. Pretty sure the boat is going to get a new Hummingbird 798c this year. Also my buddy that owns the boat had it parked next to his shop when the shop burnt down back before Christmas so there's some damage that needs to be fixed, could have been worse but luckily the neighbor came by with the tractor and dragged it into the back field away from the blaze. The top vinyl on one side needs to be replaced, the seat needs to be replaced, the swim platform got a little warm down the outside edge and will need to be cleaned up, the carpeted bunk needs new carpet and a couple of other small blemishes will need to be fixed.
