| Take Twin Lakes Rd. off Hwy.77 East of Hayward. What part of the chain are you looking to get on? There are mediocre public ramps for Upper & Lower Twin. I believe the Golden Rule Resort/Restaurant has a ramp that maybe you can pay to use?? (Upper & Lower Twin,Placid,Burns)
