I am looking to buy a good set of bibs for fishing. Just the pants really. Has anyone purchased the Long Run set from Columbia?

I like the look of these with the high pockets, long side zip, and what looks like a long front zipper for eazy leakings.

Any other brands/models i should be considering? Thanks.

Comfort, waterproof, insulation are the priorities. In that order.

The bass pro 100 mph bibs are awesome. Waterproof and warm. they get a little hot if the weather is warm though

I purchased a set of Ice Armor bibs from Reed's in Walker MN. 89 bucks, but when I went to use them in Canada in May it was 80 some degrees. So I don't know how they perform. Will have to wait till this fall.

I have the Arctic Armor bibs and coat for winter. Top notch gear. Fit great, very light and easy to move in and excellent in the FREEZING COLD. + they will make my fat butt float if I take a header or go through the ice.

For warm weather I have Helly Hansen lightweight bibs. Got them for a steal online. Again good fit and they keep me dry even when mother nature is throwing 5 gallon buckets of water on me with every wave I hit. They are nice and roomy so I can layer up if needed.

Both sets of gear have an easy access weiner slot so you don't have to unrobe. This is a must. Now if my snail could only reach all the way out so I would stop peeing down the inside of my bibs. Buuuurrrrrr!
