I am planning a trip to Canada and a friend recommended some baits for the trip that I am taking with my 8 year old son. The baits I needed were 10" weighted and unweighted Suicks in the color Thunder. I found (2) of the unweighted versions at Rollie and Helens but they said Suick stopped making the weighted 10" in Thunder but they said to give Steve Suick a call.

I called Steve and told him what I was looking for and he was good enough to make me some on a special run and he is shipping them to me next week. How is that for customer service? Steve was great to deal with and very friendly over the phone. He indicated that he has a few extra of these baits and if anyone is interested they should give him a call. This is my son's first musky trip and these Suicks will be awesome!

I'll second that! Suick is a great company.

Steve really cares about his customers and the whole companies customer service is great. I've ordered some Suicks from him and couldn't be happier with the product or the prices.

I can honestly say that I aspire to have a business like Steve's someday. He is an honest business man with great customer service. Went to a show and he gave my 5yr old son a free lure that meant the world to him for weeks after. Fantastic person and what a lure! My #1 lure I take to Canada every year. 9" Perch Thriller weighted is the way to go Otherwise a 10" weighted black Suick.

I was fishing with my grandma on Pelican when we heard two kids yelling for help. The kids were on a jet ski that had died and darkness was setting in. We hitched a rope up to them and brought them to our dock as they said theirs was a ways away. We brought them in and I took my grandma's car to drive them to their house, but once we got their their dad had gone out to search for them. So after some running around we tracked down their dad who turned out to be Steve Suick. We got them all hooked back up to their jet ski and they headed back home. However before leaving Steve made sure to get my address and told me I wouldn't need to buy any baits for a while. At that time I was new to the musky game and didn't really know what a suick was and I didnt think much of it until a few weeks later a package showed up at my door full of suicks and cisco kids. I was surprised and pretty darn thankful. Today I still have no clue how to tune a suick and have only caught one fish on a suick, but I know Steve is a quality guy and runs a good company.

Steve, sorry for outing you as a jet ski owner.

Unknown fact about Steve. He's about a 205 average bowler, throw's a helluva ball. I've had the previlage of getting to know him before I started fishing. Great guy to hang out with!

You could make the argument that the Suick Thriller is the greatest muskie bait ever made.

The Suick has been my best producing bait for years and a Suick to me is like candy to a kid I can't seem to get enough. He's a great person to deal with and his customer service is second to none.

Great history to the bait and family too.
