Subject: 1989 SUZUKI DT115 water caution system ?




I got the boat out today for the first time this year and the water caution lamp was lit and the buzzer sounded non stop. Also because the water caution lamp was lit the motor would not rev higher than 3000 RPMs and the over rev light would light up as a safety system. How ever the motor was peeing as normal as ever and nothing seemed to be an issue. Is there a way i can reset the water caution system so that the motor wont be limited on RPMs and the annoying buzz goes away. Thanks

Location: Rhinelander, Wisconsin		Could be a water jacket problem. I'd have it checked out.
