Summer cooling trends

Looks like the hot spell is coming to an end. I have seen water temps drop slightly in the last week or two. How does it affect your fishing during the summer months? Does it get better or slow down for you?

Keith has been on Kentuck yesterday and today. he was seeing fish in 16 yesterday, and saw 4, 2 of them big girls, in 6 this morning after the cool night.

i like to hit the areas that the fish are hanging when its hot, just when it cools. They seem to bite just when the temps drop a degree or two, and I usually get action in the shallows all day instead of just morning and dusk.

I too experienced them going very shallow last week after they had been suspended.
