Location: Pelican Rapids, MN | Another testimony to the sheer awesome strength of the boxes - I was ripping across a lake at about 55 mph and had a smaller Justencase box the back of my casting deck when I decided to hit the wake of a bigger boat at full speed. The box was jarred from the wake, and flew out of the boat tumbling on the surface. As I turned back to get it, it sank in 30+ feet of water. I figured it was a loss - I way pointed it and called my buddy who has scuba gear because one I loved the box, and it had all of my Very Very favorite topwaters and Jerks in it. He went down after it - I figured it would all be cracked and busted but low and behold, after 10 minutes or so, he came up box in hand - completely undamaged!

Location: Pelican Rapids, MN | I have used everything from the Flambeau's - Lakewoods - Dunwrights -Etc. I got my first box from Bob a couple years ago off ebay. When it arrived, I was blown away by the quality. The next day, I ordered another. As a gesture, Bob sent me a tool bin attachment for one of the boxes. Since then, he has made me 2 custom boxes and I have 5 more standard models in various sizes. Currently, he is building a new custom casting deck box for my '09 620 - and a livewell insert box.
Bob is a heck of a guy, and a machine when it comes to building these things. If you don't have one of these boxes, check them out. They are worth their weight in gold.
Below is the box he made for me last year - 52" Long - 150 2x2 slots - Removable top.

| Hey Jerry can you fit Pounders and and other such like baits into the 2X2 slots really easy? |

Location: Pelican Rapids, MN | They do fit. The older rubber fits easier than the new stuff. The new dawg coating grabs everything like velcro -especially when its new. But if you're getting a box with pounders in mind, I would go 3"x3" slots. |

| Highly recommend Just Encase boxes. This one was designed to transport @ 185 bucktails to shows. What's really cool, is that the panels can be pulled and reconfigured to accommodate different styles of lures for each trip. The durability has been duly noted, but the versatility is huge!

Location: Pelican Rapids, MN | No need to really. The box weighs almost 100 pounds empty. Full, they are hard as hell to move. They also have many rubber feet on the bottom to keep them from sliding. So in order to move it, you pretty much have to empty it. I suppose if it was a true concern you could fasten it to the floor. |
