Time for some new treads on my trailer, and thought I would run Goodyear Marathon's after hearing good things, but after a little research I am wondering if they have had some quality issues like Carlisle. Can anyone recommend a good class C trailer tire for a single axle trailer.

Maxxis. Although I know nothing about their trailer tires, they make some of the best mountain bike tires. I'm getting close to needing to replace my Marathons and am going to give Maxxis a try. No problems with my Marathons although they did wear just a bit faster than I thought they would. Of course this is my first experience with them and a dual ax trailer too, so there could be some extra wear from turning in parking lots and what not.

Thanks Plunker, I have hear good things about Maxxis as well. I ended up ordering a pair, they were slightly more $ than Marathons. I hope they hold up.

I've ran maxxis good quailty for a decent price! with that being said I was'nt able to get that many miles on them really before the tread was gone though compared to other major brands!
