Location: Apple Valley, MN		I want to make up some bucktails and I'm curious if there is a performance difference when comparing thin blades (.018 or .025) to thick blades (.041). I've seen Colorado and Indiana blades that have a thickness of .017, .018, .025, and .041. My guess is the thicker blades may be a bit more durable, but do thin blades spin or act differently than thick blades due to the added weight? What thickness do most of you use?

The thinner blades have a wider rotation where the thicker ones have a tighter rotation on the wire so the thinner blades will rise higher in the water column. The thinner ones will pull harder than the the thicker ones due to the wider rotation. I'm sure there is some other things that others will share.
