| I got the boat out of storage and hooked up the battery and ran the tilit and trim up and down just like always but this year it started to smoke and smell of burning insulation. There is a ground wire that goes between the lower unit and the upper the insulation on this wire was smoking and melting off. There is no way this should have been energized. Any idea what could have cuased this and how to correct the problem? | |
