| Hi. At least 20 guys and gals from the North Metro Chapter of Muskies Inc and more from the Vikingland and Arrowhead Chapters will be fishing Vermillion this weekend. If you want to come along we will be staying at Moccasin Point Campground (ask and I will find you a spot to camp if needed).
Mini Tournament
Vikingland vs North Metro Va Arrowhead on Saturday August 3rd at 6:00 am until 1:00 pm. We don't have to meet in the morning, just make sure your at Moccasin Point Campground no later than 1:00 pm. Scoring system is same as Muskie Inc.. You must be in either chapter to participate.
Picnic - ALL INVITED
From 1:30pm until 4:30pm we will have a picnic at Moccasin Point (where most North Metro guys will be staying) everyone is invited. Just bring something to contribute to the cook out. Kind of like a pot luck. A package of brats would be cool.
At 5 pm most of us will go on our own and fish until ? tourney will only be from 6 am to 1 pm.
Longest fish contest
There will be a separate contest for members of Muskies Inc. running from noon Friday until noon Sunday August 4th. The longest CPR muskie. Prizes so far at the Amma Bama 2002 glider (graciously donated by John & Shaun of Retreat Lodge), viper lure and a Plano tackle box. Be sure to meet Nathan Wright no later than 12:30 pm to claim your prize at Moccasin Point (bring your photo). After 12:30pm I'm heading south! :)
The official radio channel for the weekend will be 23. Radio in your fish when caught.
