Location: WI | I'm looking to upgrade the console x50ds unit that came w/ the boat to a HDS7 this spring. My current unit uses a 83/200khz transducer like the HDS7 does, but I'm fairly certain (boat's 300+ miles away in storage right now so don't know for sure) the connections to the units are not the same. So, my question is will I be able to use my current transducer w/ an HDS unit and if so, is there a specific adaptor I need to use it? I'm no electronics expert so I apologize if there's a simple answer to this. | |
