I am wanting to order me a couple power handles for my 6500's, and I am just wondering if anyone knows if the ones Rollie & Helen's have is the rubberized handle like this....

Yes, I want the rubber one....What i'm wondering, is the plastic one R & H shows just the old version, but they actually send you the newer rubber one? They don't actually show the rubber one on Rollie & Helens site.

Thanks guys, I shot an email over to R & H, and it is indeed the newer rubber kind that they have, evidently they just haven't updated their picture of the old style.

Do these handles work for all the Abu 6500's? I have an older reel that i still use & love. Handle got stepped on and has never been the same even after bending it back

Yes they will work on a 4000 series up to a 6000 series. I don't think they will work on a 7000 series. I know the handle retaining nut is larger on a 7000 and I think the hole in this handle is too small.
