ERC has both the book and a DVD. Very cool, I didn't know about the video. I wonder how that will run on a 60" HDTV with surround sound. Maybe I'll have to wait until wife is gone shopping before I play it. "Get the net!"

You might try contacting Dick directly. I bought my copy of the book direct from Dick a few years ago, he autographed it and included a very thoughtful note.
