| Have any of you guys had much success with the Krisco's? They look like a sweet bait. If so, do you prefer to cast or troll them? I was looking for some custom colors, but I couldn't find them on any site. All I could find was the natural colors. Anyone point me in the right direction? |

| I picked one up in mid September. After 16 hours of trolling I never had a hit. Working it like a Suick or other jerk bait, I moved a few muskies on it, but nothing ever ate. The larger northerns love it!! Straight reel drew nothing for me. All in short burst seemed to produce the most action. Hope this helps. Great looking bait though.

Location: In a shack in the woods | I cast them when the weeds are deeper than a bucktail runs. They dive 2.5-3'. Straight retrieve with a few rips every now and then. I'm not sure where you're located but the musky shows would be the best place for customs. Muskytackleonline might have some leftovers after the shows are done. |

| Great looking bait ,tons of fish catching colors, and built like a tank. I spent my time trolling the bait with the camera, but look forward to casting it this coming season.

| I use Crisco to make fried chicken. I've never heard of it as a fish bait. |

| I probably haven't thrown my kriscos enough. They look awesome in the water. I also like the idea of fishing them fast alongside a bucktail or topwater. That said, I haven't seen much on them. I also only threw them at the worst times so I'm not sure anything would have gotten fish going. Another bait I have to perfect this summer. The list grows and grows.

Okay, I've seen the video. But can you do fried chicken with it? |
