Location: Bemidji, MN | Hi, I just got an eagle 642c iGPS. My question is, how can I get my waypoints from my garmin etrex handheld into a format that is recognized by the eagle unit, and onto an SD card so I can transfer them.
What do I need? right now The only software I have for the garmin is the mapsource disks that came with it, but I have access to DNRGarmin and ARCGIS, so I could export the points into a bunch of different formats, but I don't know what is recognized by eagle/lowrance.
the owner's manual mentions a lowrance card reader, and mapcreate software. Do I need this? If so, does anyone around Bemidji have this, and want to help me out?
