| I did get out from 2pm to 9pm today with Mike Koepp and we trolled around Pewaukee in a mess of boat wakes.[:knockout:]
But Mike got a 39" and I had one rip in the last hour so it was a great day to get back on the water. With me being so busy at home getting ready to move it was real nice to finally get on the water. I had not fished Pewaukee in 20 days, because of Canada and getting my house ready for sale.
Mike, Thanks for getting me out on the home pond.[] |

| Fished from 6:00 p.m. till 1:00 a.m. Saturday night. Boat partner lost a mid to upper 30" at boatside at 9:30 on a depthraider but that was the only action. We were looking deep for suspended fish.
Muskies to all.....Pat |

| Had a birthday party to attend Saturday afternoon in Rosendale, so I pulled the rig up and fished for Winnebago Walleyes Saturday morning and Sunday. Saturday, depite being one of about 300 boats fishing the same pod of fish, my nephew and I did quite well. 17 walleyes from 7:30 AM until 11:00 AM. 8 of them were over 20", and went back in. Sunday, there was more wind, and no other boats. Only 2 walleyes, though.
Tight Lines,

| Fished Mission Lake near here Sunday am from 0500-1000, perfect topwatermorning. It was windy, choppy, and very cloudy. On my third cast I had a low 30's that I could see following well behind the bait like a shark on top of the water, I did a dead stop with the Topraider and so did the muskie, he just sat and looked at it for a few seconds before I started to reel again and then he followed it up to the boat and darted off as soon as I started my eight!! Talk about finnicky! I had 4 other blow ups on the same topraider and missed them all. Oh well. |
