well on shawano the best place 2 stop because its directly on the lake is sunset bar n grill on the south side of the lake and the island is just out from it. The lighthouse bar is right on the water but it is in the channel from the the west end of the lake. north shore has a bar at the county park. you can be on the east end and go accross the street to several bars and those are all right by cecil bay. been to all of them but when im home i usually hang out at sunsets.

Waubesa has 3 places on the lake. Christys on the south west side, Green Lantern and The Beach House, both on the north east side.

I grew up eating lunch at Christy's when we fished Waubesa. They still have an awesome steak sandwich?

Agree with Sunset and Lighthouse on Shawano, Sunset is were i usually go myself great food. The landing there is impossible to launch with most rigs if you're looking to launch too. Their sunset blues burger is the best. Can't forget the Sandbar either they are right in the middle of south shore and have an ok launch.

Schultzs Camp Stove is a great place to dine on shawano too, near Swan acres. Cabbage soup rocks, and the Manhattens are out of this world.

The bathrooms at Schultz's can have quite an aroma when it doesn't rain. Otherwise the bisquits and gravy are superb also.

The best place for fish, for me, is the Washington Inn
