I googled it and searched on this forums but couldnĀ“t find a good discription on how to make on for fluorocarbon leaders.
Anyone has a step by step tutorial somewhere or maybe a video..

Thanks in advance

sorry guys I just found it http://leetauchen.com/muskieguide/lees_leader_knot.pdf.
File was placed elsewhere on the site so the older links from this forum did not work.

Piker, I don't that that knot in the Tauchen link is actually a nail knot. I think I've heard it called a Centuri knot. It doesn't really matter though. I tie the knot that you linked, and it works well for me. I tie it with 150 Seaguar, and it tigntens up good, tight, and smooth. It WILL slip (not so much slip, but the loop will close up) some if enough pressure is applied. I don't think you would put enough tension on it in fishing scenarios, but I didn't like the slipping. I add an extra wrap to the knot, and crimp the tag end. VERY tough to get the loop to close this way.

Anyway, it's a easy knot to tie that seems to perform well.

Sitting home with some kind of flu, and thought to myself I can make a video of how I do the nailknot. The line and tube are a bit exaggerated for demonstration purposes. I also like to tighten the knot under lukewarm water.
