Location: syracuse indiana | hey everyone, just to let you know. the dnr is lowering webster 18 inches to fix the fish ladder & the #*^@. water is already getting low so beware and be carefull. you better raise the motor going through the tube. and watch the ramp and dont even try fishing backwater.. just wanted to let everyone know...
