| I'm selling my boat because of the damage to it (pictures below). I live on LOTW and if you've been here you know how rough it can get. If I can't get what I want for it, is it repairable? Pretty simple here, either repair it, or trade it in/sell it. I'd be interested in a tiller, getting rid of the motor that's on it now, and converting it. The reasons for that are two-fold. First off, I'd have a tiller, enough said. Second, the area of damage is ONLY right below the driver console. I think If I were to move my position to the rear, it wouldn't get that type of damage to that area.
I'm really looking for imput here, this is a very hard decision. This isn't my first boat, but it holds many memories. Any and all imput welcome!!

Definitely repairable, and it looks like you might have had a run in with a bit of Granite, but am unsure. I would say if you have a chance, take it to a repair facility and see what kind of quote they would give you. If the repair cost is more than what you could get for trade in on the boat if it were undamaged, then I would say take the loss and trade it.

Never hit anything, I'm baffled as to how badly it got damaged without me knowing. It has to be of how hard this boat pounds on the water with any sort of chop. If I were to repair I'd be looking to do the work myself.. | |

Location: Rhinelander. | You have insurance on the boat? Put a claim in and get it fixed. Don't look that bad to me. Damage to mine was way more then that and they fixed it.
