anybody ever fish Whitefish in Sawyer county late in the fall?
looking for some pointers.....going up in 2 weeks
first time on the lake, i heard it is deep and clear and best to troll it
cisco and sucker based forage i guess?

Not a real big lake, trolling has been a good option, loaded with ciscos. Been few years since on the water, lots of breaklines nice point on the NE side of lake, boat landing is shallow, come prepared.

bulldawgs ripped along the steep weed breaks on the north east side is money.... trolling can be tough on this lake..had a span of 4 days trolling in a row with no rips... lake has been hotter 5 years ago..
