Location: Land of the Musky | I have two of each model of my new Tackle Industries rods for sale. 12 in all. First come first to sell. Nothing wrong with these rods and they are all new but I had to remove all of the stickers, tags, packaging etc to take pictures of them. Discount price is $100 DELIVERED(any of the 6 rod models) in the USA for both the 8' and 9' models. I can also ship my big 8' and 9' rods to Canada for $110 DELIVERED.
Specs:
-Fuji Reel Seat
-Fuji Alconite TipTop guides
-Long and short handles that you can remove for a 1' shorter rod for storage and travel
-IM8 with Titan technology rod blanks.
-Basically the same (or better) components that you will find on top $200-$400 rods. I just don't overcharge for my stuff because I don't pay out $100k+ in advertising a year.
-Plus a 2 year warranty
Take a look at them on my rod page and PM me your email address and which model you want and I will invoice you ASAP or you can also send me a money order or cashiers check if you like. You can also email me your preference at:
[email protected]
USA: $100 delivered (Any model)
Canada: $110 delivered (Any model)
All rods can be seen HERE: http://www.tackleindustries.com/muskypikerods.html
Thanks,
James

Still have a few left and I will probably honor this price for a little while longer. Things are slow with the economy and no retailers are buying these yet so I can still make the $100(USA) $110(Canada) delivered deal for a while longer. Enjoy the savings and thanks!

Location: Land of the Musky | LMAO, besides being a little stupid I am also slow. Just had a guy form Canada ask me if I could ship my 9' rod but just take off ALL of the handles off and cut down the shipping tube to 8' so the USPS will ship it for me. Well, DUH, I can. So, it looks like I can ship the 9' rods to Canada. Still have a few left.

Do you still have any of the 8'6"/9' that you can ship to Canada for $110, via USPS (no UPS; evil brown).? |

Location: Land of the Musky | You bet! Just email me what you need Jeff. Get those Christmas presents ordered now. I will let these rods go for a while longer for those who want to get one for 2010. I will probably have to pull this deal and go to full retail next year once retailers start to pick them up. And yes too on USPS for Canada. They are the only reasonable shippers to Canada plus my 9' rod just falls user the length limit for shipping. USPS is the way to go as UPS and FedEx are about 2x-3x more than USPS for some reason for Canada.?.
Thanks,
James

Try Purolator for shipments to Canada. |

Location: Canada, Eh! | Purolator (and others) ding us brokerage fees. USPS does not -- this is why we prefer shipments via USPS.
Jeff, I wanna see that rod when you get it. Sounds interesting. My only beef with my St. Croix 8'6" XH is the length of the butt -- too short.

Will do. I was looking at that same St. Croix, but figure I'd give James a try for a fraction of the price. He builds his lures like tanks, so if that's any indication the rod should be sweet. |

| Hey James,
I was just putting the fishing gear away for the season and was thinking back to my trips to Canada for big Pike. I just wanted to give you some feedback on your rods. The 2 rods you sold me are easily my favorites - the extra length is nice and they are very durable.
Thanks again!!! |

| James,
Are your 8 and 9 foot rods still available for $100 - shipped? If so, what types of payment will you accept?
Thanks,
Bruce |

Location: Land of the Musky | You bet I have some left! I will let this deal go until the end of January right now. I accept PayPal, cashiers checks and money orders. I ship immediately with PayPal and of course wait to get the checks before I ship. These rods will be at the Chicago show too but they will be priced at $110 there. Reason, I have to pay to ship them there plus booth costs. Still a great price for a musky rod outfitted with Fuji parts, long handle, frat cork, etc. They will be at the Dutch Fork Custom Lures booth if you want to take a look at them. Keith will also have some of my chrome SuperDs too along with custom "krome" Sea Cows, Sea Calfs, Super Ciscos, and some Mag Shads. Pictures do not do those lures justice.
Thanks,
James

Location: Land of the Musky | Thanks!! Helps a lot when you keep your business lean and mean. Main reason "XYZ" baits&rods cost a lot is high high margins, TV sponsorships, Commercials, lots of magazine ads, etc. Keep that to a low "roar" and you can keep your cost down about 30% and spend a little more on your tackle quality. Tell ya what though. Without TV and Magazine ads each month its SLOW sales growth. Grass roots is great but word of mouth goes a lot slower than a few spots on a musky show Thanks again for trying one out! I will keep this deal going for $100 USA and $110 Canada (delivered) for a while longer. Little better than break even but I want a lot of guys to try my rods for 2010.
Thanks,
James

If you want to hold one to "feel it" and you are going to the Chicago show go to the Dutch Fork Custom Lures booth. He will have a few until they are gone. He will also have SuperD (in chrome) and a lot of my other lures custom painted.
Thanks!!!

Location: Land of the Musky | Hi Steve, End of this month (Feb) and the deal is over. Got a few stores now interested. Most of them know about my "deal" here and are worried and will not buy until I pull this. Promised them end of Feb it would be done so they can buy. Buy them up now The market "samples" are about done.
