| The only lures that were not shipped were 4 tuff shads which came back to me as I made a mistake and sent them to a wrong address I thought this was paid by pay pal instead of a check, and sent them to the wrong person...I did get them back and just made the proper shipping label up so they will be reshipped... All other sales were shipped already.

The Shimano reel was also shipped last week with a Amount as Requested for $26.00 I have no Idea how long it posts to Canada? But it was shipped..

I sent lure back this morning for refund/cady weagle.I think he is a good guy,I have dealt with him before this mixup. |

Same thing here too. I Pm'ed twice about buying a couple and got no reponse.
Come on Guys! IF something comes up and you can't send the baits, Email or Pm and explain the delay to the buyer! Don't ruin a great resource for the other 99%

Get the folks who bought from you taken care of. Do it immediately and then do not post to this board again.
We already addressed this when other sales were not fulfilled, and I asked the Melfas ( father and son, as I understand it) not to sell here again. I will see if I can check the database tomorrow and match up the IPs.

| Not to add anymore fuel to this fire, but I had also sent this individual a PM (Oct 8th, 2009) about buying a few lures from this classified here on this board, never to have heard back from him. Only to have seen the very same lures I had asked to purchase from this board, then up for sale on eBay just a day or so later. Thankfully...I never sent him any money nor have I bothered to bid on his ebay auction(s).
I really didn't think much about it until now seeing the additional posts here in this thread.
Seems shady to say the least...

It also would have trigger my memory about this guy even if he uses a different nickname. |

| Pay Pal just Notified me and verified the Conquest reel is still in transit somewhere in Canada ? and gave me the tracking number #LC567434991US..... So it was shipped as I said it was.........
The tuff shads were shipped and Delivery Conformation is 420541699405503699300015845954.................To you I do apologize as I shipped to the wrong address and it was returned. (thank God) you should get them in a day or two...... Guys I put all these lures on to sell and sold to about 5 or 6 of you...Then put them all up on ebay, I only left the pictures up as some of you asked me for certain lures, "top two " bottom on right Etc.....and I did not want to ship the wrong one...... I did not answer all emails as some of the lures were already sold........
Anyway anyone who did not get their Items Contact me, and it will be corrected..I am sure there will be No one as I have all the tracking numbers ...............thanks |

It was purchased april of this year I bought 4 of them and 1 Conquest......Very Good Condition the only marks on the reel is on the underside of the reel where the rod holder closes on the ro and reel seat....Mechanically a 10......Paid $379 & Tax looking to get $270.00 shipped to you in the Original box with a leather reel case .................. Perhaps you didn't notice but the tracking # you listed indicates that it was shipped
Oct 15 and I paid Sept 29. You apologized in email and told me that you forgot to ship it and it was shipped Sept 10....., so what's the "new story" ? |
