So I have fished tonka 2 times this week my first time fishin the lake was wednesday. We managed to pick up 2 really small skis 32 & 29 inch Had a mid 30's hit a few times and seen one low 40 and of course tons of pike ...

I have been fishing most north arm, the north shore of crystal bay from the point all the way around, Humps in crystal bay area, and a little around the big island too

My question is are there better areas to focus on around tonka for larger fish ???
I have seen some pics of "tonka tankers" nut have yet to see anything I would call a tank

Thanks for the help
Im going out again tomorrow hopefully get a tanker

I would have to say you are pretty close in Crystal bay.

I know of big fish caught in most parts of Tonka including the areas you are fishing.

Thanks guys !!!
Fished a few different areas yesterday with no muskies, but the boat traffic was crazy so we tried to stay away from the main areas with the big boats. Got buzzed a few times friday learned my lesson after taking some waves over the bow. Hopefully the boat traffic will slow down with the colder temps coming...

Thanks for the tips guys hopefully we can boat a big girl this fall
