| How to get a musky drawn up to be copy written, or trademarked, for a company? Anyone know someone that is real good at this? Or maybe to get something drawn up for a tatto, then get the tat at later date.

LOL! You can use whatever picture you want for a tatoo, there are no laws on that - your not selling it as your own. Are far as a logo or trademark for your own business, you have to have your own made which comes with the rights to it.
