Location: MN		I searched the forum and didn't find and info on the above boat. I've always had Lunds but I'm looking for a (new to me) boat and ran across this one. I'm also looking at Alaskans, Pro V's, and Explorers.

Location: Elk River, Minnesota		Alumacraft and Johnson are great products!! My former boat was a Lunker V16 LTD console with a 50 hp Johnson on the back..that motor was the best running motor I have ever owned. As for the competitor model in Alumacraft, I don't think you are settling at all over a lund. Years ago (back in the 80's) Alumacraft was well behind...now, they are right up there with fit and finish and they definitely make a quality boat now. Friend of mine has an 88 Dominator, and he loves it yet.

The 60hp Johnson on the back should run really well...I believe that has the VRO pump system, and you will definitely find it nice to NOT have to mix gas and oil.

If it fits what you are looking for, I say go for it!!
