Location: Kodiak, AK | My Dad needs a net upgrade badly. He's got a very nice Frabil that works well for bass and eyes, but nothing that will hold a muskie more than mid 30's. He muskie fishes maybe once or twice a month on his own, (The other times are with me or with friends who have nets!) but when he does it's Leech, Mille Lacs, Bemidji, etc where he's got a good chance of hooking up and I don't want him to lose a fish for lack of a net.
So anyone got a half-decent used net they don't use or one they'll let go for cheap? I'm buying it for him, and it might get used once or twice a year, so I'm thinking like $50-$75. I don't even care if it's a shot bag with a good frame he can put a new bag on. He lives in Brainerd, and travels extensively throughout MN, WI and MI, so he could meet or pick up if need be.
