What do you mean 'By Hand'?
I paint all of my lures by hand with an air-brush. No stencils for anything.
If you mean with a paint brush, I do all of my tiger striping with a pinstriping brush and paint. That's as far as my painting with a brush goes.

i do all my painting with a brush ( not air ) easier to clean out a brush then to mess with cleaning, changing tips, etc.
