Just a little background on Larry: been chasing muskies on the Niagra River and Lake Erie for over 25 years, with Fall of 1998 seeing two muskies over 53" with 27" girth; both over 45 lb. in ONE HOUR; followed by a 53 1/2" with 28 1/4" girth weighing in at 47 lb. the following day. A little less known name in the Muskie world, Reese's Country Store (the main retailer for the Hughes River Product Line) has donated a 10" Hughes River Shaker....not just any bait, but a black/mother of pearl collector series! A total of 8 of these baits were made, and this is numbered 5 of 8, and is dated 6-1-02. If you are interested in getting a Hughes River bait, call Roger Park at Reese's at 304-679-3502, he's probably got the most at any one time....

Dick Pearson, a man widely known as one of two of the foremost EXPERTS on Lake of The Woods, is donating a SIGNED copy of his book "Muskies on the Shield"!!! New on the market in the last year, this book has already become widely believed to be the definitive book for anyone going to fish the famous "shield lakes" of southern and central Ontario. The book is much more than just a great guide to LOTWs, the information in here can be used on many types of waters!
