Heading up to Big Mantrap next week, if anyone has been there this year, or has anything they are willing to share, it would be appreciated. Thank you for your time.

| Mantrap is a beautiful lake. Wish I could be there.
Fish early, from the crack of dawn to 10am. After that the sun rises too high it pushes the fish very deep in the clear water. The sunken islands in the main basin are worth a shot. There are all kinds of good places to fish in Mantrap, you just have to start throwing.
It's a good lake to troll, if you're into that.
Good luck. |

| Should a guy fish all night or just until a certain hour? |

Location: Otsego, MN | Look for the same peak times after dark as well like, moonrise, moonset, majors, and minors. These are key after dark as well. This could help narrow down a long night. |
