I'd like to add a trailer treble hook and need some help with how to attach it. I would like to slip the eye of the treble over and past the barb of a single hook , so that it hangs off the bend of the single hook. What can I use as a stop to keep the treble from slipping off the single hook?

Plastic ruber tubing would work just like you would with a sigle hook. I have also used a wire wrap on the sigle hook to keep the trailer from coming off as well. Depending on your skirt material, a free swinging trailer could easily hang up and not be in the right position so use the right method for attaching.
