WOW!!! It seems like it only began and the league season has come to an end!! There were four teams within easy striking distance of the team from the Shamrock Bar who were in first place and who had won the league the last two years. Congrats to Birchwood Lodge for pulling out the upset and taking the top spot for 2009. Troy Adler popped a 42 out of Enterprise lake to move from second place to the top spot, while the team from Pats Tap caught a 42 on Pelican and a 35 out of Enterprise to move from fourth to second place. The Shamrock Bar went down to spot number three at the end of the night. There were a total of 41 fish caught in our league this year with the big fish being Jeff Piazza's 51 incher, the average length is down a bit this year at 38.75. Out of a twelve week season there were two nights where no fish were caught, once on Boom and once on Moens. There were 26-30 anglers on any given league nite. Once again congrats to my friends from the Birchwood for taking the league this year!! See you at the banquet on the 28th!! Dave Jonesi

Oh Goodie, I'm locked into Moens for the Hodag in 2009! Your league sounds great! Thanks for the posts this year, and my lower unit hates Enterprise! Do the teams ever go to Post or Moccassin?

Moccasin is on the list. Not to worry, Clark, Moen has been on fire of late, and there's plenty of good ones being caught there including a 50 recently.

I was snakebit so bad this year it was ridiculous. I lost multiple fish, as did TJ, and there was no real reason for it I can come up with. Monday and Wednesday night the fish stay pinned up...go figure! I had a blast again this year, and am looking forward to next year already.
