Used only rarely this year. I personally do not like the weight of it and can't seem to cast consistantly enough without backlashes. I'm used to my calcuttas I guess...

that reel looks low on line.. i have heard that you have to have it just right on the spool to keep it from giving you problems.. some of the guys that use these will chime in.. i was gonna do a deal with another member a while back on this same reel. but it fell through...bill

I was thinking the same thing. Not just a little low on line, but a lot low! That could be the reason for the backlashes. It looks like it's under half-way full. I should be right up to the little bevel on the top of the spool. 1/8" down from where the brass stops.
