| As you probably know the reels are basically the saem except for the gear ratio. After using a 3 speed of Toros this past week in Canada I will go on record saying that the Winch is the "kat's kitty" when it comes to musky fishing! IMHO the 6.4 is limited to baits such as Jackpots and Hell Hounds and the 5.4 is a good all around ratio but the 4.6 Winch makes a DC10 come in so easy that I even cut way back on my ibuprofen intake due to the ease of pulling them with it. I'm not saying that I was burning the DC10's but I was retrieving them at a good clip and the reel worked like a champ. | |
