Made our usual staycation to Pineview this past week. Found the Tiger bite to be slow but we did manage to find a couple of nice fish. First one was 43" Girth 18.5 second one was 44" Girth was 20".

Those are some beautiful fish. That first one almost looks lake a natural musky -- the silver coloration is amazing. Great job.

Ah yes and glad you asked (someone looks at more than the fish LOL)...so the Paul Harvey rest of the tree/brush branch story (First fish 43"):

As I was doing battle with this one fish'n partner was bringing in her line and it snagged on a submerged hunk of a brush/tree...so that proved to be rather interesting as I'm trying to keep this one on my side of the boat and not run to her side...she got it loose and if you notice closely in the bottom right of this photo lying on the fold down seat that's what she reeled in as I'm doing battle on the other side of the boat. Needless to say she stripped off about 25' of line to be on the safe side. I'm here to tell ya that super braid 40# is some strong line as she was snagged G-O-O-D right when 43 hit on the troll.
