Location: north central wisconsin | I just got off the phone with Lowrance, got my rma # for sending in my faulty lcx 25c because the website didn't recognize my serial #. Now, I just went to the site looking for the address to send my unit to, and cannot find it. Could someone here enlighten me as to the proper address for service dept? Thanks much in advance.

| the manual lists this address for customer service...
i don't know if that's the same one for repairs, but i bet if you send it there they'll figure it out and get it where it belongs.

I had to send my 2 month old HDS10 back today because is was taking on water and it stopped working properly.
With shipping and insurance it was $71.44 - I'm certain Lowrance will be happy to reimburse this cost to me since it was their product that was defective.
Anybody have any experience with this and can enlighten me?

Location: Edwardsville, IL | I doubt Lowrance will pay your shipping cost. Based on my recent experience with my 27c they will only pay for shipping after they send you 2 malfunctioning replacement units first. Expect nothing but pain and suffering from them.
I might be a little bitter... |
