| My Pastor took his nine year old grandson to dunk some worms in the river a few days ago. The line was sitting for 20-30 minutes when he decided to bring it in for a recast. He said after 4 or 5 retrieves something nailed it, which after a 15 minute battle (on light tackle) turned out to be a 41 incher. He handed the rod to the grandson and said he did great with it. He said the kid was just amazed. No pics unfortunately but said the fish swam away. River temps were in the low seventies so she should be fine. | |
