Location: Rhinelander, Wisconsin | If you call Tuffy with an issue like this one, I'm the guy they put the call through to. If it was via email, I get every one and not one came in to me over the last few months asking this question. If by phone and you missed me, you need to leave a message with your contact information so I can call you back.
800.359.4416. Ask for Steve Worrall. If you miss me, I'm probably on the phone, leave me your contact information.
Why didn't you take your new 2060 to an authorized dealer? If there's none in the area, Tuffy authorizes a local dealer to fix the problem. It's obviously under warranty if it's indeed a new boat.
Tony, next time I'm in the area I'll bring you one or I can have one shipped out to you and go through how to install it, it's easy; you should have told me about the issue and I'd have handled it for you.
It's an easy fix, you need a new sending unit. 10 minute deal max.
