Can these reels be retrofitted with and Instant Anti Reverse bearing? Has anyone done this? I would be getting it done at a Garcia Warranty Center. Thanks.

While I don't want to say that it can't be done it would take a lot more than just a couple of parts swapped out. From a practicle stanpoint the answer is no.
