A friend of mine gave me this lure today, said he had it in his fishing stuff for years and has never used it. He new that I fished for Skies, so he gave it to me. I have never heard anyone talk about these lures, are they any good? Are they made for Muskies? Just curious, would appreciate some feed back.

Thanks

I have used Bagleys DB08 (deep diver) for years, A very good bait. Not sure what a B flat 8 is.

I love the B flats in spring under real bad conditions (cold front wise) and in the fall when I know the fish are there but nothing's getting them to move. They're my crappy day go to bait.

I don't work them as a glider (not sure if they would be considered a glider or not, but they will work like a wtd bait a bit). I like to fish them with long soft pulls, then a pause. They have a nice little belly roll to them, so they shoot a lot of flash. Decent throw back baits too. If the lakes you fish get a lot of pressure, give that dude a shot. They do some magic under some crappy conditions.
