I would keep one rod G Loomis Steel 25.
one reel Calcutta 400te.
This Combo will throw everything listed below.
As for lures I think I could get by with 10.
1. Pacemaker
2. DCG
3. Squirrely Phantom
4. Depth Raider
5. 10'' Jake
6. Mag Dawg
7. WTD Topwater Weagle/One Eye Willy
8. 2 oz Rad Dog Spinnerbait
9. Big Game Twitch
10. Shumway Flasher
With these 10 lures and the right colors and sizes for the waters you fish in reality this should be all you need.

I'm sure you'll get a lot of replies to this, but my advice is keep what you have confidence in. If you have confidence throwing it, it will always get bit. As far as rod/reel goes, keep the combo that can throw the widest variety of confidence lures that you have.

I'm with mskyhntr my basically do everything rod is an 8' Loomis Steel 25 with a 400te. The longer rods are nice but the 8' is still short enough that I don't get rod slap when aggressively twitching ripping 10" Jakes. A few lures that I could not live without:

Walleye bulldawg
10" Jake
Bomber long A
A couple Shumway 3oz spinnerbaits
A special popper that I have which is no longer made
Some type of large DEEP running glide bait
Top Raider
Dbl 10
and a couple that I'm sure I'm forgetting. But the point is that the majority of situations can be covered with a handful of lures.

Sell plasma and keep your stuff, your returns on musky gear will be minimal.

Been there before, thats the best way, selling fishing gear wont cover much. Maybe throw in the woman thats causeing you to sell it all (been there too) and that will help out.

I would keep whatever rod best throws bucktails and crankbaits and will also throw topwater. Depending on how many lures one has, I would keep the best 12, 20, or 24. I think most folks can come up with 24 that will cover just about everything.
