Ok, i have been trying to contact an okuma associate for 4 days. I've tried e-mails and multiple calls and still no one has gotten back to me. Its starting to get very frustrating and I was wondering if anyone who has been experiencing problems with the induron not disengaging on the cast was able to contact the company.

Be Patient they may be on vacation, it took me two times, but I finally got a CSR a couple weeks ago.

Some of the customer service guys took a long weekend (and we were off on Friday). Shoot me a PM with your name and phone number and I will have one of them call you Monday morning. There is a part in your reel that needs to be replaced. We will either send it to you free of charge or you can send it to us to install. There were a couple production lots that had the disengaging problem. Unfortunately there are still some out there that need the part that will fix that.

Great customer service from Okuma. Sent California Muskie a PM about a problem I was having with my Induron, he gave me a number to call. I called that number they asked me a few questions and told me to mail it out, I got the reel back in less than 2 weeks only costing me $5 to ship it out to them. Back with 2 weeks to spare before Lake Vermilion.
