muskie rod handle length ?

Subject: muskie rod handle length ?


My personal preferance in rod handles is long (I love 16" + ). But I have a pair of 8ft heavy avids that have a shorter handle on them. I love the rods for throwing Dawgs and grandmas ,but after a while the short handle becomes a bother. Does anyone have experience in how to lengthen a handle or a recomended shop one can have this done?

Location: Latitude 41.3016 Longitude 88.6160		I can make your handle any length and regrip it in EVA in a custom color rod grip.
