| After recently reading that Okuma revised the Red Isis 400 I was lery but decided to purchase one. After about 5 casts with it opening morning I had I had a mid 40's smash a Bull dog. Set the hook and the line when slack and the reel became one big birds nest. Needless to say I never got hooks in the fish and the rod that goes through spool is now free to spin.(Lets just say I had a few choice words) I know a couple of different people from Okuma post here frequently and was wondering what can be done with it. I don't have a receipt but it was purchased April 2009 and is in brand new condition.

Location: Oswego, IL | Wow, did you not have your drag tightened down or something? That sounds like a mess, call Okuma directly. Also if you paid by credit card, or debt you have a reciept on the statement to show when it was purchased. | |
