I am kind of new at this, and I was wondering if there is anyway of changing the Blades on the bigger Bucktails. I am trying to figure out how to change the blade on a few of my larger Eagletail Bucktails. I like the Hair but not the Blade. I want to put on larger Blades, there are clevis devices on these tails that I was thinging of removing (cutting off) and I was thinking of trying to make another clevis but with wire wrapped around the main stem?....Any help will be a Plus. Thanks Mike

Your best bet would be to cut the wire and retie it. U can use a nail and pliers to do so. I think the wrapping wire idea will not work. It would be a lot easier just to use the parts over again on a new shaft. If I have a fish ruin a bucktail I always save the parts and remake it on a new wire. It's quite easy once you get used to it.
