Location: In a shack in the woods | Last night out for 3 hours had a mid fourties get off ten feet from the boat. She hit light and was running at the boat. I thought it was a little bass till I saw it turn when she saw the boat. By then it was too late. Wish I would have set the hook harder. Had a 40ish follow that should have bit but my partner spooked it as he cast not seeing the fish next to the boat.
Tonight I hit a high 40's in the face with the leader as it missed my lure on the 8. Needless to say he took off in a hurry. Had another follow in a different bay that was around the same size as well.
So far 0 for 4.Hoping to change that soon. Seen multiple fish everytime out. Just not my lucky day yet. Something seems to go wrong everytime. |
